Every piece is made to order and embroidered by hand, so please allow time for crafting before dispatch. Production usually takes a few days; you'll find an estimated lead time on each product page. We ship worldwide.
Returns
Because each item is personalized and made just for you, personalized pieces can't be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or faulty. If something isn't right, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
