Shipping & Processing
Every Mysaco piece is hand-embroidered to order especially for you. Please allow 3-7 business days for us to make your item before it ships.
Orders ship from the United States via USPS or FedEx. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2-5 business days within the United States and 1-4 weeks for international orders.
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the package weight. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
If we are unable to ship within the estimated time, we will contact you — you may agree to the new timeframe or cancel your order for a full refund.
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns & Refunds
Because every item is personalized and made to order especially for you, all personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We will gladly replace or refund your order if it arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered (for example, an embroidery mistake on our part). Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include a clear photo of the item.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Please double-check your personalization before paying: we embroider exactly the spelling and details you provide at checkout. Personalization errors in the text submitted by the customer are not eligible for a refund or remake.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order for a full refund before we begin making it — while the order status is still "Confirmed" and has not yet moved to "In production". Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
Once we have started hand-embroidering your personalized item, the order can no longer be cancelled, because the work is made specifically for you.
