About Us
Mysaco sells handmade, personalized embroidered keepsakes, made to order. You can reach us anytime through our Contact page.
Your Account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account secure. You must be able to form a binding contract in order to make a purchase.
Products & Personalization
Every item is hand-embroidered to order. We stitch the exact name, spelling, and details you provide at checkout, so please review them carefully — we are not responsible for errors in the text you submit. Because items are handmade, slight natural variations in color and finish are normal, and each piece is unique.
Orders & Pricing
All prices are shown in US dollars. We may correct pricing errors and may decline or cancel an order (for example, in cases of suspected fraud or an obvious mistake). Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully completed.
Payment
Payments are processed securely through PayPal (including card payments). We begin making your order only after payment is received.
Shipping, Returns & Cancellation
Shipping times, returns, and cancellation are described on our Shipping & Returns page. In short: personalized items are made to order and are final sale, except where they arrive damaged, defective, or not as ordered.
Acceptable Use
You may not submit personalization text or content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, or offensive. We may refuse or cancel any order that contains such content.
Intellectual Property
All site content, designs, and the Mysaco name and logo belong to Mysaco and may not be used without permission. You confirm that you have the right to use any text or content you submit for personalization.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable US law.
